Flood Control. Empty Flood Control.

This forum was cool before we deciced to add flood control. Every other forum has this in place.
Let's be different and keep it off. If you're worried about people flooding then infract them and if they continue then ban them.

Flood Control won't stop a true flooder. Instead, it will turn away those who actually enjoying posting for postings sake.
