This title and name color change is given to the person with the most posts. When a person has the most posts, they simply private message the Admin to receive their colored user name.
This can be fun because it encourages people to post, however, it will not encourage spamming because post found to be spam will not count at all towards your post count.
This person will have access to a special forum of sorts.
